Pada hari Kamis, 01 Agustus 2019, Tim Penilai UKS Provinsi Sumatera Barat dan Kabupaten Pasaman dalam Kegiatan Lomba Sekolah Sehat Tingkat Provinsi Sumatera Barat yang dihadiri oleh :
- Kanwil Kementrian Agama (Bapak Mufri Antoni);
- Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumatera Barat (Bapak Afrizal, S.KM. M.Kes);
- Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sumatera Barat (Bapak Khairul);
- Kesra Kantor Gubernur (Ibu Yasni) dan;
- Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi Sumatera Barat dan Kabupaten Pasaman.
Dalam Kunjungan ini, pertama dibuka oleh kepala SMA Negeri 1 Bonjol (Dediana, S.Pd.) tentang pengenalan Sekolah melalui Profil Sekolah. SMA Negeri 1 Bonjol sebelumnya telah mendapatkan peringkat 1 dalam penilaian lomba UKS Tingkat Kabupaten Pasaman. Selain itu, SMA Negeri 1 Bonjol memiliki fasilitas belajar siswa seperti perpustakaan, laboratorium, tempat ibadah, Ruang UKS serta fasilitas bagi guru dan juga pengenalan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 1 Bonjol.
Selanjutnya, sambutan dari Tim Penilai Lomba Sekolah Sehat tingkat Provinsi Sumatera Barat, dalam penilaian yang dilakukan mencakup beberapa aspek seperti penilaian tempat Ibadah (penanggungjawab penilaian dari Kanwil Kementrian Agama Sumbar), administrasi UKS (dinilai oleh Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sumatera Barat), serta kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana sekolah (WC, ruangan, kantin dan penilaian lapangan/lingkungan).
Tim penilaian menegaskan juga bahwa selain aspek yang dinilai, harapannya warga sekolah dapat membiasakan pola hidup sehat dan bersih.
